Family Storytime @ TC May 16, 2013 - Ducks & Birds

We see a lot of ducks and birds flying around our community, especially Canadian Geese, robins, seagulls, and pigeons. This is a sign of Spring! Reading and writing are very important literacy skills for your children and they will become more successful in high school, if they are prepared for kindergarten and have developed a habit of reading more books everyday. By using your home language to educate the young ones, they will have a better understanding in the comprehension portion. Try to incorporate songs and nursery rhymes to make their reading experience more FUN and CREATIVE!
