Teenager, Stella Grant is hospitalized with cystic fibrosis. To ensure safety, she needs to be physically distanced by 6 feet from others. The one thing keeping Stella far from safety is Will Newman, who could care less about his diagnosis. An attraction between the two starts. As that continues, the worrisome of if Will's careless actions will influence Stella to lead herself towards harm.

Living in an unexpected reality, eighteen year old, Maddy Whitman, has never gone outside. She is allergic to the world. Both are determined to find a way to reach each other.

As teen who has never experienced romance, she writes her feelings through envelopes of love letters to her crushes. All five letters are kept in a green heart shaped box her mother left her before she passed. Those letters hold all of Lara Jean's emotion and feeling for each boy she had ever liked. Being super personal, no one knows about the letters, until they are received by each of the five boys.

The girl by the name of Margo Roth Spiegalman, the one Q is so interested and on a look out for. After hanging out together for a bit, there seems to be an unknown mystery of Margo.
